The government of Colu seizes Brainiac 5 in a power play to claim the Legionnaire's intelligence for themselves, sending Andromeda on a rampage. Also, Saturn Girl wrestles with problems of conscience.

Members of the government on Colu want Brainiac 5 to return to his home planet so he can serve its government, but Brainiac 5 feels that his heart and conscience belongs with the Legion of Super-Heroes so returns to them after a fight.
