Thomas Hunter is an Agent of Aladdin, the secret organization that monitored Ultras. He graduated the Genetic Enhancement Program and was upgraded into an Ultra himself using wetware technology. Thomas is tested by his superiors, as part of "Project W", sending him against ultra threats and ordering the capture of valuable assets.

Wrath will fight aliens, reality warpers, the ultra runaways knew as Freex and will be involved in the power struggle inside Aladdin itself.
